In December 2025, Livecast supported the Ontario Government in delivering a high-profile Federal-Provincial-Territorial Meeting of Ministers of Infrastructure at the OITC Building in Toronto. This hybrid meeting brought together VIP Ministers, Associate Ministers, and infrastructure experts from across Canada to strengthen intergovernmental relationships and collaborate on shared infrastructure priorities. Key agenda topics included national infrastructure initiatives and updates such as the Government of Canada’s new Build Communities Strong Fund.

Livecast delivered a fully integrated, end-to-end solution, providing both event planning and technical production services entirely in-house. In addition to supplying all AV elements — including push-to-talk conference microphones, live interpretation with interpreter support and headsets, and a Zoom livestream with picture-in-picture slides — our team managed the operational details that kept the event running smoothly. This included registration services, attendee communications and email reminders, run-of-show development, speaker coordination, rehearsal planning, and day-of show calling, as well as coordinating closely with the client and the ministerial teams and handlers from each province and territory.

With only two weeks from initial contact to execution, Livecast quickly mobilized senior producers, technicians, and event planners to align stakeholders, confirm bilingual requirements for both onsite and online audiences, and integrate remote presenters seamlessly into the room. The result was a flawless show, with stable streaming, clear audio, smooth speaker transitions, and interpretation running perfectly in both English and French. The client was extremely pleased with the outcome, and the Livecast team received multiple messages of thanks from ministers in attendance for delivering a seamless experience.
